We are hiring based on who you are, not how good you are at cleaning windows. Let's be honest, it's not rocket science. But it does take some time to be efficient at and even more time to master. What you can't teach are some of the qualities that were listed above. Depending on your experience with the work itself, you may be in training for more or less time. We aim to get you producing in a couple of weeks, and our goal is to get you on performance pay within 1-2 months. It may be earlier if you have experience (and can adapt to our expectations) or if you are a natural. Here's what you can expect:
· Operational training and basic onboarding for the first day or two. This includes meet & greets, getting you on the company tech stack, etc. · Hands on training for the first week. One-one as much as possible with Craig (the owner) and Connor (the field manager).
· Experiential training for the second week (working with the crew).
· Frequent check-ins on progress (at least once/week for the first couple months).
· First 2 weeks is at our training wage ($18-20/hr)
· Clear expectations and a guide to moving into higher pay brackets after you are trained and onboarded
· Clear path to performance pay
